What does the storage include?
Storage includes clinical documents, attachments, consent forms, and administrative documents. PACS DICOM storage is billed separately based on volume.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Are there setup costs?
The Essential and Professional plans have no setup costs. The Enterprise plan may include an onboarding fee depending on the customization required.
How does support work?
The Essential plan includes email support during business hours. Professional includes priority email and phone support. Enterprise includes 24/7 support with a custom SLA.
Where is data stored?
All data is stored on servers located in the European Union. No international data transfers are made.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Maiko Hospital Information System is designed from the ground up for GDPR compliance. We offer DPA, right-to-erasure mechanisms, data portability, and breach notification.
Do you offer data migration?
Yes, for Professional and Enterprise plans we include data migration support at no additional cost. We support import from CSV, HL7, and other standard formats.
Is teleconsultation included?
The teleconsultation module is optional and not included in standard plans. Contact our sales team for availability and pricing information.
Does it support multiple sites?
Yes. The Professional plan supports up to 3 sites and the Enterprise plan supports unlimited sites. Each site can have independent configuration with consolidated or separated data.
